Rochester, N.Y. - Talks over labor disputes start up again Monday between the University of Rochester and the service workers' union.
Service workers haven't come to an agreement because, they say, they can't afford the added expense of the health care benefits the U of R is offering them.
Workers started picketing last week in front of the main entrance of Strong Memorial Hospital.
The university says non-union employees get the same options as union employees.
