Rochester, N.Y. - Talks are scheduled to resume Monday between a workers' union and the University of Rochester.

Union leaders say they're trying to get better health benefits for roughly 1,800 union workers.

Workers could picket some time this week if a deal is not reached.

University of Rochester officials say it is offering union workers the same benefits offered to non-union employees.

The U of R is Rochester's biggest employer.
