Rochester, N.Y. - Unity Health System says it is eliminating 72 positions at Unity Hospital and three of its nursing homes.
Unity says they are management, supervisory and support positions, and will not impact patient care.
Several of the positions were already vacant.
A statement says the cuts are the result of an adjustment in operations.
