Henrietta, N.Y. – Harry Bronson has a seat to hold.
The lawyer-turned-politician became an assemblyman in 2010 after fellow Democrat Susan John decided not to seek reelection.
The 138th Assembly District covers Henrietta, Chili and part of the city. He’s now touting what he accomplished during his time in Albany.
“I worked closely with Governor Cuomo and I’ll continue to do that to bring good paying jobs to New York,” Bronson said.
His opponent, Peterson Vazquez, a Republican, is trying to unseat Bronson.
“The district really hasn’t had anyone who’s been involved,” Vazquez says.
Vazquez, a disabled veteran, says his primary focus will be education.
