Rochester, N.Y. – A verdict could be reached Tuesday in the case of a man accused of causing a fatal crash while driving under the influence of drugs.

Police say John Ariano ran a stop sign in Wheatland last summer and hit a jeep driven by 69-year-old Jack Blair.

Blair died in the crash.

Ariano faces vehicular manslaughter and driving while impaired charges.
