WEST POINT, N.Y. (AP) - Vice President Joe Biden has told West Point graduates that the United States can tackle new global challenges now that the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are winding down.

He says the focus can shift to China, which he called "the most critical relationship to get right."

Biden praised the 972 graduates of the U.S. Military Academy for deciding to pursue military service in a time of war.
