Penfield, N.Y. - Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies report a driver suffered serious injuries when his motorcycle crashed into an SUV on Saturday.
Investigators said Richard Morales, 71, drove his SUV across four lanes of traffic around 2 p.m. Saturday on Empire Boulevard. He allegedly pulled in front of a motorcycle driven by Anthony Steimer, Jr. Steimer, 30, suffered critical injuries in the crash.
Deputies said Steimer, who is from Ontario County, had the right of way.
He is being treated at Strong Memorial Hospital.
There's no word on any charges or citations from the crash.
