Rochester, N.Y./Gainesville, Florida - Local Red Cross volunteers are flying to Gainesville, Florida Thursday to help shelter and cleanup projects after Tropical Storm Debby.

The storm is finally out to sea after drenching the state for five straight days.

Flood waters in some places may not recede until next week.

With many roads still underwater, people have been getting around by boat.
