Irving, Texas - The Boy Scouts of America could vote today to end its ban on gay members.

The new policy for the group would leave the decision up to individual troops about gay members and troop leaders.

Supporters of the current policy plan to hold a rally outside the Texas headquarters.

Tuesday, people in favor of the change delivered boxes of petitions to the board at its headquarters -- calling for the end of the ban.
