Warsaw, N.Y. - A Warsaw man has been arrested for possessing child porn.
Deputies in Wyoming County say they went to 47 year old Russell Bly's home to execute a bench warrant for his failure to pay a fine.
While deputies were at his home, they say they saw an inappropriate image of a female child on Bly’s computer screen.
Deputies then conducted a search warrant and found 45 images of child porn on his computer.
Bly is charged with possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child and possession of a sexual performance by a child.
