Waterloo, Seneca County - A man already facing child sexual assault charges has been arrested again.
Police say 49-year-old Ronald Spoor had sexual contact with a second victim under the age of 11.
Spoor was initially arrested earlier this month for Predatory Sexual Assault for allegedly abusing another child under the age of 11.
Police say there more charges against Spoor in connection with incidents in another county. Anyone with information about potential additional victims is asked to call State Police at (315) 539-3530.
Spoor is currently being held on $10,000 bail.
