Waterloo, N.Y.- State Police charged a man from Waterloo with rape.
Charles Vogan, 36, is charged with third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say the arrest stems from an investigation into reported sexual contact between Vogan and a 15-year-old girl.
Vogan was also recently arrested by State Police for allegedly providing alcohol to minors.
