Waterloo, N.Y. - A Waterloo man was killed in a one-car crash Tuesday night.

Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies say 76 year old Anthony Grillone was driving northbound on Burgess Road around 8 p.m. when he failed to negotiate a curve.

Deputies say his car left the road, went into a ditch, struck a stone culvert and then overturned.

Grillone, who was alone in the car, was not wearing a seatbelt.
