Marion, N.Y. - A Marion resident has been jailed on child pornography charges.
Sheriff's deputies say 65-year-old Jerome McQueen of Marion was arrested Wednesday night after an investigation.
McQueen was charged with possessing child pornography and will be back in court at a later date.
