Pittsford, N.Y. - The Wegmans on Monroe Avenue was evacuated Monday night because of a refrigerant leak.

A Wegmans spokesperson said a contractor accidentally cut a line, causing the leak around 9:30 pm.

The store was evacuated while repairs were made.

The line was fixed and the store has reopened.
