Rochester, N.Y. -- The future of School #16 in Rochester was up for discussion with the Rochester City School Board Tuesday night.

The school on Post Avenue has infrastructure problems.

Superintendent Bolgen Vargas presented three options to the board that would be put in place until repairs can be made. He suggests moving pre-K through 8th grades to a different building, movinig 7th & 8th grades to a satellite program in another building, or moving students in grades 6 - 8 to another school.

A public hearing on those proposals is scheduled for Thursday at 6 p.m. in Conference Room 3-A.
