Wheatland, N.Y. – Police say Angel Figueroa, 42, of Rochester is in critical condition after he was found on Smith Road in Wheatland with a gunshot wound.
The incident was called into police around 4 p.m. Monday. Figueroa was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.
Police do not have anyone in custody at this time. The investigation continues.
