It's almost decision time in the Wheatland-Chili School District.
On March 19, residents will be asked to vote on two school propositions totaling about $6 million.
One is for upgrades and maintenance for buildings. The other is for artificial turf on a soccer field.
The proposition for the turf field can only be approved if voters first approve the more expensive proposition for upgrades.
If that fails, the turf proposition cannot be approved.
