Williamson, N.Y. - A Williamson woman faces DWI charges after deputies say she drove drunk with a child in the car, which is a felony under Leandra’s Law.
Sheriff's deputies say 42-year-old Tiffany Nuessle was pulled over Monday night.
They say she had no license and was driving an uninspected car with a child under the age of 15.
She was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI among other charges.
