Rochester, N.Y. – Juliet Searles, 54, of Rochester appeared in court Friday, accused of hitting her boyfriend with a baseball bat.
As a result of the mid-October beating, Edward Gilman now has broken ribs, broken arm, a head laceration, internal bleeding and lung damage.
Searles faces a charge of first-degree assault.
