Darien, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say a Rochester woman is in critical condition after she was struck by a motorcycle in heavy traffic near Darien Lake in Genesee County.

State police say 23-year-old Jessica Freeman was a passenger in a car that was stopped in traffic from Jason Aldrean's concert Saturday night on Route 77 near the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center.

Troopers say she got out of the vehicle and attempted to cross the road. Police say she ran into the path of a motorcycle and was struck.

Freeman suffered head and facial injuries and was taken to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo.

Troopers say the 35-year-old man on the motorcycle wasn't injured and wasn't ticketed.
