Albion, N.Y. - Sheriff's deputies say a Rochester mother is in jail after driving drunk with kids in the car and nearly hitting a patrol car.
Deputies say 29-year-old Kizzie Ford allegedly had two four-year-old children in the backseat when they pulled her over Thursday.
The children did not have proper seats and Ford had no license, according to the report.
Ford is charged with DWI under Leandra's law and several other charges.
Her children are now with a family member.
