Rochester, N.Y. - A man faces charges for driving the wrong way on Route 490.

Just after midnight, deputies say three drivers went off the road to avoid crashing into a car driven by Cory Potter, 35, of Fillmore as he drove west in the eastbound lanes from Penfield Road to Monroe Avenue.

Potter is being held in the Monroe County Jail on reckless driving and DWI charges.
