Rochester, NY - We started at Sahlen's Stadium Thursday morning.

We thought Abby would be scoping out the field or maybe kicking around a soccer ball. We only found Rhinos forward Isaac Kissi and his teammates passing the ball around.

We asked Sahlen's Stadium President Pat Ercoli if he had seen Abby.

"She's in hiding from my understanding. I don't think she's in town yet."

We did not find Abby overlooking the stadium box office.

On to Back Nine Grill where one of Abby's brothers is the owner.

Apparently, other fans were hoping to find her also.

"We've had a couple of younger little girls' team that have brought posters for Abby, wishing her good luck," said Dena Marou with the Back Nine Grill.

We only found Abby's framed autograph jersey and a newspaper article.

When asked if she was in town, Marous said "she's close by.”

We checked the airport after hearing that maybe the team was set to arrive - that turned out to be hot air.

So we set our sights on a local farm market that dons the family name.

I asked Michael Ebeland with Wambach Farm Markets if he knew where the Wambach family was.

"They're actually out on vacation, enjoying their time."

While she wasn't there, her autograph could be found on a soccer ball and other items fans dropped off hoping Abby would sign.

"We get pictures, jerseys, all sorts of stuff," Ebeland said.

You can find Abby for sure Friday morning at Sahlen's Stadium for her team's practice at 11:30 a.m.
