Rochester, N.Y. - Just four months ago he was ruled incompetent to stand trial, but the man who allegedly fondled little girls feet, has been released from a psychiatric hospital and will now face charges against him.

50-year-old Anthony Perri was transported from a Psychiatric center to Monroe County Court. He appeared before Judge Vicki Argento. Perri was a different man than we saw after his arrest back in July.

Then, Perri had outbursts outside and inside the courtroom claiming police set him up and telling the judge he didn't want an attorney, but would represent himself.

Today in court, Perri was calm and rational and agreed to be represented by the Public Defender's Office.

He was returned to the Monroe County Jail without bail and will be back in court in February.
