Albany, N.Y. - Early Thursday morning, seven bus loads of people from the Rochester area will head to Albany for an "anti-gun control" rally.

David Jenkins organized three of the buses.

Jenkins said most of the people booked on his buses are gun owners who hadn't felt the need to defend their rights until the NY Safe Act was passed by state lawmakers.

"It's finally gotten to where they say, "Hey, wait a minute.  Now it's gone too far.  I need to speak up about it'," Jenkins said.

Speakers at the rally will include the president of the National Rifle Association.

13WHAM's Jane Flasch will also travel to Albany and will have live reports throughout the day.
