Rochester, N.Y. - A Rochester man is accused of setting a fire at the Elk Place Hotel on June 17.
Arson investigators charged Anthony Roundtree with arson.
Firefighters said the fire was set in a second floor room just after midnight.
Investigators said 50 people were living in the apartment building on North Clinton Avenue at the time.
No one was injured in the fire.
