Rochester, N.Y. - About 12 hours after a man attempted to rob a bank, Rochester Police arrested a suspect.
Police said a person recognized the suspect from the bank surveillance photo and told police.
Officers arrested Desmond Barber on Alexander Street around 10:00 Wednesday night.
Barber is accused of robbing an ESL Bank on Chestnut Street Wednesday morning.
The bank said the suspect passed a teller a note demanding money.
