Walters interviewed Jose Baez on why he took the death penalty case, his courtroom strategy, and why he thinks Casey Anthony was found not guilty of killing her daughter Caylee.
"Casey Anthony Not Guilty: Inside the Bombshell Verdict" can be seen on 13WHAM tonight at 10 p.m.
Anthony will be sentenced Thursday for giving police false information about her daughter's disappearance.
She could get out of jail tomorrow because she's already served nearly three years.
