Orchard Park, N.Y. (AP) - The Buffalo Bills' season finale against the New York Jets on Sunday has predictably not sold out, and will be blacked out on local television.

The team announced there were more than 13,000 tickets available. The Bills (5-10) and Jets (6-9) are out of playoff contention.

This is the fourth time this season the Bills have failed to sell out a home game, but only the second that will be blacked out.

A local restaurateur purchased the remaining tickets for Buffalo's game against St. Louis on Dec. 9 to guarantee it will be on TV. The Bills "home" game against Seattle in Toronto two weeks ago also did not sell out. The game was televised under the five-year deal Toronto-based Rogers Communications reached with the Bills host the games.
