Farmington, N.Y. -- A Bloomfield woman is facing felony DWI charges after allegedly driving under the influence of drugs with two children in the car.
The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says Heather Capwell, 25, was under the influence when she drove from Mertensia Rd. to Wade's Market. She had an 11-month-old and eight-year-old in the vehicle with her.
Capwell will answer to the charges in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
