Rochester, N.Y.- Rochester Police released the name of the man found dead under a trailer on North Clinton Avenue Monday.

Fredrick Novak, 62, was found in Red Wing Plaza under a trailer just after 9 a.m.

Rey Casillas discovered the body and called police. The local businessman says he first saw the victim a week ago sleeping under the trailer and realized he was homeless. Rey says he and his wife were trying to get help for the man and get him into a shelter, but they didn't get there on time.

No word yet how Novak died. Police are calling it an unattended death. They are awaiting autopsy results from the Medical examiner’s office.

Investigators are looking to speak with anyone who may have more information about this incident.
