West Henrietta, N.Y. – Brian Poole was arrested for D.W.I. early Saturday morning after he crashed and his car rolled into the yard of a house on Westcombe Park, according to police.
Police say they also found 40 ounces of marijuana in Poole’s car, qualifying him for a felony.
Poole sustained minor injuries from the crash. Police say they suspect the crash happened because of the high speed that Poole was traveling.
Poole was taken to Monroe County Jail.
