Churchville, N.Y. – Sunday marks a somber milestone for a Churchville family.
It was five years ago when then-19-year-old Brian Sullivan disappeared. He was last seen at a Burger King in Gates.
His car was found near the restaurant, but there was no sign of Sullivan.
His family held a butterfly release Sunday morning to mark the date. Even after five years, the family hopes someone who knows what happened or where Sullivan is will come forward.
