Brighton, N.Y - Two people in Brighton are facing drugs and weapons charges.
Brighton Police said they searched a home on Seminole Way Wednesday and found a large quantity of marijuana, a shotgun, handgun and paraphernalia associated with the growing of marijuana.
They charged David and Diana Simon with criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and growing cannabis by an unlicensed person.
Members of the Greater Rochester Area Narcotics Enforcement Team also took part in Wednesday’s bust.
