Bristol & Swain - A big blast of snow and the holiday week means business is booming at several local ski resorts.
Bristol Mountain had two trails open Wednesday morning and eight by nightfall. On Thursday, there were 28 trails open to skiers and snowboarders.
The mountain's marketing director described turnout as "phenomenal."
Swain Ski resort had eight of its 28 trails open Thursday, with snowmaking on several other trails.
