Rochester, N.Y.- Arson investigators charged a Rochester woman with deliberately setting a fire inside the Cadillac Hotel Sunday night.
Kathleen Piccolo, 53, is charged with second-degree arson.
Firefighters responded to 45 Chestnut Street around 9:30 p.m. for a person threatening to set fire to the occupied building.
Investigators determined a fire had been set causing damage to the occupied building.
No one was hurt.
