Rochester, N.Y. - Camp Good Days and Special Times took a moment to thank some very dedicated volunteers Friday night.
The annual "Night of Gratitude" was held at the Rochester Plaza Hotel.
Ring of Honor inductees were acknowledged for years of service, while the Teddi awards were given to people who went above and beyond the call of service this year.
Founder Gary Mervis says the 40 honorees only represent a fraction of those who make Camp Good Days possible.
Friday's event served as a fundraiser to ensure that families of children with cancer can send kids to a week of camp free of charge.
