Canandaigua, N.Y. - An Elmira man is under arrest accused of burglarizing a Canandaigua home in August.
Jacob Peer, 21, is charged with second-degree burglary.
Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies said Peer stole property from a home on Butler Road on August 2.
Authorities say the burglary was one of numerous similar crimes in the area of the Fox Ridge subdivision and on Laura Lane on the same date. Other charges against Peer are pending.
