Chili, N.Y.—Brian Bruning Jr., from Parma, has died after a car accident around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday morning, police say. The accident happened near the corner of Westside Drive and Whittier Rd.
Police do not believe alcohol was the cause, but are continuing with their investigation on what happened.
