Ontario County, N.Y.- The Ontario County man convicted of killing his wife has been released from prison.
53-year-old Walter Casper was convicted of pushing the family minivan over a cliff in Naples back in 1999. His wife, Catherine Bly Casper, was killed.
He was paroled ten years later. Casper was taken back into custody in September of 2011 after State police say they found a hunting knife and illegal fireworks in his home.
Authorities said having any weapon violated the conditions of his parole.
Casper will remain on parole until June 2015.
