Kendall, N.Y.- Police are searching for the suspects who vandalized more than 30 gravestones in a rural cemetery in Orleans County.
It happened in the Town of Kendall at the Beechwood Cemetery.
The first incident happened on October 12, when someone damaged what was once a chapel.
On Sunday, October 14, deputies were called back to the cemetery after 32 gravestones had been toppled, and some were broken into pieces.
Police say many of these monuments marked the graves of people buried in the 19th and early 20th centuries.
