Rochester, N.Y. - A Rochester man is charged with burglary after police say he was caught inside School #6 Thursday night.
Charles Stallworth, 50, is charged with third-degree burglary, 4th degree criminal mischief, petit larceny and possession of burglar’s tools.
Rochester Police say officers responded to a burglary alarm at the school on Upper Falls Boulevard around 11:00 p.m.
They say officers spotted the suspect inside and after a short chase, he was taken into custody, still in possession of some copper piping.
