Ontario County - A Finger Lakes Community College student is facing charges after police say he left a flash drive with child pornography on it at a campus computer lab.
Ontario County Sheriff's deputies say the flash drive contained pornographic images of children ages 5 to 16.
Deputies learned that the drive belonged to 20-year-old Rion Lord and that Lord was planning to leave the state to avoid charges.
Lord was arrested at his home in Wayland. He's charged with possession of child pornography. He is being held in the Ontario County jail pending arraignment.
