Rochester, N.Y. -- The College Town Project near the University of Rochester now has the approval of the zoning board.
The board only made one condition: the developer has to add more windows to the buidling.
The $100 million project along Mt. Hope Avenue will feature a Barnes & Noble, a hotel and a supermarket.
The goal is to be finished by fall of 2014, with a groundbreaking as early as this summer.
