Rochester, N.Y. – The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man accused of killing Paul E. Pelletier on August 2, 2004.
Authorities say Michael J. Baccari of Rochester shot and killed Pelletier while Pelletier was working at the Comfort Suites Hotel on Hylan Drive in Henrietta.
“Though this is a tragic incident that family, friends and co-workers of Mr. Pelletier will continue to live with, I hope that this arrest will bring some sense of closure for all who knew him,” said Sheriff Patrick O’Flynn.
Baccari was arraigned in Henrietta Town Court and was remanded to Monroe County Jail without bail.
