Rochester, N.Y. -- A Rochester man pleaded not guilty to murder charges in connection with the death of his nephew.
Vinh Dac Phan, 54, is accused of shooting and killing Ho Tai, 32, earlier this month.
Tai, who owned Magic Nails in Lakeville, was found dead in his car on Veterans Place on October 6.
Tai's son reportedly witnessed the argument and shooting.
