Dundee, N.Y. - State Police arrested a man from Yates County accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old child walking home from school.
On Monday, Daniel White, 45, of Dundee, was charged with one count of second-degree sexual abuse, one count of forcibly touching and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police said a 12-year-old victim reported that as they walked home from school, White approached them in an intoxicated state and inappropriately touched them. The child immediately reported the incident to their family and the State Police.
Based on a description provided by the victim, White was located and arrested.
