Rochester, N.Y. - A former daycare worker accused of sexually abusing a child now faces 13 charges.
Felix Alvelo pled not guilty in Monroe County Court to predatory sexual assault, promoting sexual performance of a child, possessing a sexual performance of a child, and endangering the welfare of a child.
State Police said earlier this month that Alvelo confessed to having sexual contact with a boy younger than 13.
Investigators have not named the home daycare where he worked in Rochester from 2006 to 2007.
They have not said if there were any other victims.
