Genesee County, N.Y. - A Byron teenager pled guilty Monday to criminally negligent homicide and driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol for a 2011 golf cart accident that killed another teen.
Cortney Greene was driving a golf cart on Route 237 in Bergen last November when a vehicle hit the golf cart.
Zachary Rusin, 18, was a passenger on the golf cart and died from his injuries.
Greene faces one-and-a-third to four years in prison when she is sentenced.
